We went hiking last weekend. Even though the leaves were past their prime, there was still so much beauty to be found. Up and down.
Shadows..
Up high..
Find the deer.
Far off..
Up again..
Out there....
My Father made all of this.

It is so sweet to see those faces, including yours Marcy. Sure do miss you and all that breathtaking VA scenery. Oh those mountains…I can see the autumn leaves drifting on the breeze, and the way the wind smells. Ahhh. It makes me want to cry. I wish I was sitting right there with ya’all. : ))
